Cancellations
▲Please be noted that BMI-2022 is not authorized to assist with the
VISA
application process beyond providing the acceptance/invitation
letter.
▲The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of
individual
being denied or the registered author is unable to attend.
▲Cancellations before
July 8, 2022 will receive full refund minus a
25% of a
conference fee as an administrative charge. Cancellations
later than
July 8,
2022 will not receive any refund. Notification of
cancellation must be received
in writing to the secretariat by
e-mail or fax.
